Walter G. Yeager Is a native of Johnstown, Pennsylvania. He is married to the former Dorothy M. McComble of Johnstown, Pennsylvania.

Dr. Yeager's background is extensive in many fields. His undergraduate work was in the fields of engineering, science and the arts. His chosen career was aviation, until God called him Into the ministry. He holds four earned degrees Including two earned doctorates.

His ministries included home missionary work. prison evangelism and finally seven years of full time evangelism across America before coming to Zanesville, Ohio in 1960. God has blessed with many areas of service originated by Dr. Yeager Including three weekly radio broadcasts, a color telecast, a bookstore ministry, a printing ministry and a Bible teaching cassette tape ministry to mention a few. A highly successful bus ministry brought scores to Christ each week and record high attendances of over 2,000 for special occasions.

Pastor Yeager has led the church in Zanesville, Ohio in developing their 42 acres of choice land bordering 1-70, five miles east of Zanesville, A huge geodesic dome church auditorium, (380 feet In circumference), the first in Ohio. has been constructed and is now completed. Most of the 42 acres will be landscaped with typical scenes from the Bible lands.
