FETTERMAN – Stella F. (Uncapher) She had been hospitalized several weeks ago after having a spell of some sort on her front porch and was discovered there by a friend. Cause of death is yet unknown. Obit: FETTERMAN – Stella F. (Uncapher), 78, Strongstown, passed away April 6, 2006, at Latrobe Hospital. Born Nov. 16, 1927, in Heilwood, daughter of the late Ward and Vira (Holmes) Uncapher. Preceded in death by husband, Warren H. Fetterman. Survived by sisters, Mary Fetterman of New York, Gladys Mottin of Vintondale, Hazel Uncapher of Indiana, Pa., and Charlotte Crawford of Illinois, and numerous nieces and nephews. Former member of Strongstown United Methodist Church and attended Maple Grove Church of God, Penn Run. She was very active in church work and was an avid crafter. Friends will be received from 5 to 8 p.m. Saturday and from 1 p.m. until time of funeral service at 3 p.m. Sunday at Askew-Hosuer Funeral Homes Inc., Nanty Glo, Pastor Ronald Neowcome officiating. Interment, McDowell Cemetery.
