My reaction to the affirmative action (not to speak of the abortion ruling some years ago) and the sodomy decision handed down by our highest court last week, was mostly my response in anger and obvious rage. Some have sent me E-mails in opposition to my expressed feelings implying that I may be paying more attention to these disastrous decisions and the consequences and the comming debacles that these decisions will bring upon our government. All of this and not even taking into consideration the righteous anger of our Almighty God.
Since I expressed my reactions prior to any research I have been able to dig deep and explore it and this is one of the best sources of information I have found. Every AMERICAN should study this material very closely and use it as you discuss with others about this historical disaster for the United States of America. In two days we celebrate our independence from tyranny. Isn’t it startling that we may soon need to fight for our independence once again! -- From the Imperial Supreme Court?

Just as George Washington helped shape the actual form that the executive branch would take, so the third chief justice, John Marshall, shaped the role that the courts would play.
Under the administrations of Washington and his successor, John Adams, only members of the ruling Federalist Party were appointed to the bench, and under the terms of the Constitution, they held office for life during "good behavior." Thus, when the opposing Republicans¹ won the election of 1800, the Jeffersonians¹ found that while they controlled the presidency and Congress, the Federalists¹ still dominated the judiciary. One of the first acts of the new administration was to repeal the Judiciary Act of 1800, which had created a number of new judgeships. Although President Adams had attempted to fill the vacancies prior to the end of his term, a number of commissions had not been delivered, and one of the appointees, William Marbury, sued Secretary of State James Madison to force him to deliver his commission as a justice of the peace.
